If, after completing the entire course, you are not satisfied and wish to receive a refund please contact Centerpointe’s Support Team to request a Refund Authorization Number. In order to process this request, you will need to send: 1) a written request and 2) originals or copies of your completed homework for all 31 lessons. Note that all refund requests must be received in writing within one year of purchase. Requests not made in writing or made after a year from the date of purchase, will not be eligible for refunds.

Access to the course will be removed upon receipt of refund request. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written request and homework.
