Why Do Some People Achieve Breakthrough
Results While Most People Flounder?

  • Do You Notice It’s Getting Harder & Harder to Concentrate Throughout the Day?
  • Does it Feel Like Your Attention Is Now More Paper-thin Than Ever?
  • Is Your Phone Taking Up More and More of Your Time?

Is this just old age, absentmindedness or carelessness…?

… No AND it doesn't have to be this way!

You See, There Are Bigger Forces at Work Here
& They’re Keeping You Constantly Distracted
Keeping You Perpetually Stressed Out

And Worst of ALL, They’re Stealing Your

Most Precious Resource!

Dear friend,

Do you remember a time when thinking came easy? When you were less stressed, less worried, and all-around happier? When things were simpler and more straightforward?

It probably looked a little something like this:

You woke up in the morning and you read the newspaper. When you went to work, you took tremendous pride and always did the best you could - constantly striving to improve. You raised your children with values and goals. There was always time for your loved ones and you had real face-to-face relationships with plenty of love and laughter along the way.

That was a typical adult life before the internet, before smartphones, before social media, before Youtube, before Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. Before our lives were hijacked by constant pings, beeps, pop-ups, and other notifications that steal our productivity, self-respect, creativity, intimacy, and peace of mind.

Just think about what a typical day looks like now.

You wake up tired, grab your smartphone off the nightstand and see all the notifications that came in while you were asleep from your various apps. You’ll likely spend a good amount of time in bed just scrolling through social media before actually getting up.

No need to read the newspaper. In fact, we get hundreds of newspapers’ worth of information now directly from our smartphones on a daily basis - all vying to be the most controversial, the most inflammatory, or the most “liked” and shared.

You’ll see everything from doomsday tweets to political rants to silly cat pictures within the span of a minute or two. Before you know it an hour or two has passed and you really need to get out of bed.

All day long, you get interrupted by notification after notification from your smartphone reminding you that an endless scroll of entertainment and information is right there.

Ping! Ping! Ping!

These alerts go off while you’re at work, at the store, watching the kids, making dinner, eating dinner.

Forget learning Italian. Forget learning how to knit or writing your novel. Forget training for the marathon. Forget improving your golf game.

Forget all the things that you yearned to do just a few years ago.

Because odds are, your concentration, time, and energy have been stolen. Your day has flown by without anything to show for it.

Finally, it’s getting late. As you lie in bed, you’re likely to also be scrolling through your phone or snuggling with your laptop.

Just one more funny video, just one more insane post, just one more like and share and then I’m done.

The next thing you know, it’s past midnight. You plug in your phone, you turn out the light, you close your eyes…

…but sleep does not come easy.

Your brain is still racing, trying to digest the mountain of information you consumed today.

Then before you know it, the sun is up, the birds are singing, but you’re too exhausted to appreciate any of it.

Just like the robot so many of us have become, you grab your smartphone off the nightstand and see all the notifications that came flooding in while you were asleep.

And the cycle continues…

This is the ugly reality for so many people today.

It all comes down to the fact that our most precious resource - our focus - has been stolen!

It’s not just old age - no matter what your kids or your grandkids tell you.

When our brains are overloaded, we’re constantly interrupted, and we’re perpetually stressed out…

…focusing on anything for any length of time becomes an uphill battle.

But it’s a battle worth fighting.

Stay with me, because we know more now about how focus and attention work now than ever before.

And there are tools and techniques that you can use to take your powers of concentration to their limits - to hone your focus and accomplish more than you ever thought possible.

But first, I’m going to break down exactly why our ability to pay attention and focus on the important things in life has been slowly degrading.

And frankly, you’re going to be shocked.

It all centers around three “Focus Thieves” that are lurking and ready to steal at a moment’s notice.

Focus Thief #1:
We’re Drinking from an Information Firehose

Over the last 100 years, our society has gone through the biggest information transformation since the written word was invented. Radio, telephones, television, cellphones, the internet and smartphones have forever changed how we connect with each other and share information.

And our brains are struggling to adjust.

Did you know that in the age of the newspaper - long before the internet - most people digested information equivalent to about one newspaper per day…

…which was about 80 pages.

Later, in the 50s and 60s, people also began watching the evening news on their new-fangled TVs. By the 1980s, we were feeding our brains with enough information…

…to fill over 40 newspapers and TV programs each day.

But by 2011, our brains were trying to process information equivalent to almost 175 newspapers.

That’s about 14,000 pages of information, each and every day!

And today?

Scientists say that thanks to our highly-saturated information society, our brains are now exposed to about 74 gigabytes of information each day.

That’s the equivalent of…

  • Watching 74 hours of Netflix…
  • Reading 18,500 kindle books…
  • Hearing over 23,000 songs…

…all squeezed into our daily life between work, family, and pursuing our dreams.

It’s no wonder that we struggle to focus!

We’re too busy trying to sift through this tidal wave of words, pictures and videos to figure out what’s really important to us.

In fact, by some estimates, our brains today are so overwhelmed with this avalanche of information that it’s impossible for us to process more than about 20% of it.

As a result, our attention spans are stretched to the breaking point. We get easily distracted by the next new thing. And we forget much more information than we can possibly remember.

Here’s the cruel reality of what happens to our brains when we’re overwhelmed like this:

  • We struggle to organize and sort information
  • We have trouble telling fact from fiction
  • We are quick to get annoyed or angry
  • We make poor & unhealthy decisions
  • We have a hard time getting to sleep
  • We get “analysis paralysis”
  • We suffer with illness & fatigue more often
  • We communicate poorly, finding it hard to put our thoughts into words
  • We struggle to come up with solutions to everyday problems

Trying to focus on what’s important in this sea of information is as futile as banging your head against the wall - it seems easier just to give up.

Zig Ziglar

The result of information overload is usually distraction, and it dilutes your focus and takes you off your game.

Focus Thief #2:
The Myth of Multitasking

Did you know that the term “multitasking” was originally coined to describe multiple computer processes that were occurring at the same time? It was never meant to be applied to human beings.

However, somewhere along the way, we assumed that our brains were supposed to multitask too.

But the truth is…

…humans can really only really focus on one task at a time.

Sure, we can switch between tasks quickly, making it seem like we’re “multitasking” and doing five or six things at once.

But the human brain just isn’t equipped to think about or do more than one complex thing at a time.

Trying to concentrate on multiple tasks at once is nearly impossible.

Imagine trying to read an email while listening to a podcast and telling your friend how your day was - all at the same time. There is no way you’ll be able to do all three at once.

And if you’ve tried this, something went awry.

Because the fact of the matter is, your brain simply cannot handle it.

Instead, what actually happens is you’ll quickly swap between the email, the podcast, and talking to your friend. All of which will become so jumbled that you’ll miss a good amount of the podcast, re-read the email a few times, and never even hear your friend’s response.

As a matter of fact, the definition of multitasking is screwing up several things at once!

If you still believe that you can multitask with no problem, then you’re setting yourself up for complete failure and frustration.

It’s the same reason texting and driving is illegal in most places. It’s dangerous to try to focus on both driving and texting at the same time. At some point, you’re not focused on the road at all.

The National Safety Council reports that cell phone use while driving leads to 1.6 million crashes each year in the US. That’s 1 of every 4 car accidents caused by distracted driving.

And one study showed that getting distracted by phone calls or messages causes our IQ to drop an average of ten points.

That’s twice as bad of an IQ drop as smoking pot or binge drinking!

Now think about how often your phone interrupts you during the day. Think about how easily we get distracted and pulled off course by a notification that demands our attention.

It all adds up to a habit of constantly switching between tasks, meaning we lose precious time, energy, and IQ points. Our brain power gets stolen whenever we switch to each new task and back to the previous task and onto a third task - and so on and so forth.

This, combined with the extensive amount of information we drown in each day, creates the third focus thief:

We are mentally exhausted.

Focus Thief #3:
Overwhelming Burnout & Brain Exhaustion

Our brains now spend so much time switching between tasks and filtering the mountain of information that we get each day…

…that our minds are perpetually exhausted.

Most people are on their phones in bed - right before they try to sleep - which is another reason why we get much less sleep today than we did before the internet was invented.

Our brains need to rest; to ruminate and digest in order to prepare us and operate at our full potential so that we can achieve any result we want.

Our brains used to wander at night and think about the little things. This gave us the opportunity to reflect and imagine, putting things in perspective and making better sense of our world.

But since smartphones bombard us with a limitless amount of uninvited and intrusive information 24/7, our brains are gasping to catch up. While we just go onto the next thing. And the next. And the next, and the next and the next…

But here’s what you need to know: it’s not your fault!

That’s what these phones and technology were built to do.

We were duped. We thought we were good parents giving our kids phones while they were young for their safety. And instead of enhancing our relationships, it’s deteriorated them.

There are warehouses filled with data on human behavior, on what gets people to click, and what makes something “go viral.” And these companies use all sorts of tricks to get you back on their apps. From notifications to game-ification, there are tons of proven methods that manipulate us to keep coming back for more.

The bottom line is, these big tech companies want you to be staring at your phone as often as possible. And it’s stressing you out!

For example, did you know that the human brain will react more to a negative stimulus than a positive one?

Study after study shows that we interact with negative content much more than we do positive content.

As a result, the more time we spend on these apps, the more extreme the content becomes, and the more stressed out our brains get.

But ironically, instead of realizing what the apps are doing to us and using them less…

…most of the time we end up using them more!

These very same stressful apps have become a coping mechanism for us.

We’ve become addicted to the small dopamine hit that we get when our comment gets a “like” or our post gets shared. When someone else comments and shows their support - or even their dislike for your point of view - you feel noticed. But what you’re really getting is the junk food of momentary attention.

So despite the cause of our anxiety and stress being these social media apps, we post more. We interact more. And the cycle continues.

Reclaiming Our Focus - and Improving it

It’s painfully obvious that the cause of our focus problems are ingrained in our society and here to stay.

It’s not really practical to throw away your smartphone, or to never use the internet, or to swear off social media forever. Sure it would probably help a little bit, but the big tech companies aren’t going to turn over a new leaf anytime soon. Our news is never going to slow down. The information society is here to stay.

So what can you do?

Well, let me start by mentioning that, at the same time that our collective focus is deteriorating…

…some people are focusing at the highest levels ever achieved by humans.

Think of today’s most achieved athletes - the Olympic gold medalists, the Super Bowl quarterbacks, the World Series pitchers, the World Cup strikers and Stanley Cup winners.

Think of the astronauts on the international space station; the fighter pilots making Top Gun-like maneuvers. Think of the Grand Slam tennis champions and the buzzer-beating basketball stars.

Imagine the focus of your favorite composer, the groundbreaking scientist, and the bestselling author.

All of them live in the same smartphone-filled world that you do. They consume just as much as you do in a day.

So how can they reach unprecedented levels of focus to achieve some of the greatest feats of body and mind ever accomplished?

You see, there’s one major technique that these professionals use that gives them unlimited focus and concentration.

It’s called achieving a “flow state” and anyone can learn how to do it.

The Magic of Flow States

So, what's a Flow State?

It's a state of pure attention and laser-like focus. It's a state where you are virtually un-distractable, where time flies because you're "in the zone," and where you're performing at a truly elite level. Just like a Navy Seal, an Olympic Gold Medal Athlete, or a Pulitzer Prize winner.

But here’s the truly remarkable thing:

YOU can achieve a flow state too. And it’s easier than you think.

Traditionally, there are three ingredients that you need in order to achieve a flow state.

1. You need a desired result.

In order to activate your flow state, you must have a result in mind that you want to accomplish. This can be anything from “I want to clean the house,” to “I want to write a chapter of a book,” or even “I want to score under par for this round of golf.” The result must be something you can actively work on immediately.

2. The result must be meaningful to you.

If you don’t care about the result, then you’ll get distracted. Flow states only work because you have a stake in the success and the result. You really want to succeed, and that desire to push yourself will help activate the flow.

3. The desired result can’t be too easy or too difficult to achieve.

If the desired result is too easy, you’ll just do it on autopilot. If it’s too difficult, you’ll give up. There is a sweet spot where you are pushed near the limits of your abilities where it’s easiest to get into the flow.

Maybe you’ve seen a post-game interview with a quarterback who managed to score a last-second touchdown and win the game. If so, it probably sounded something like this:

“What was it like on that last game-winning drive with just a minute left on the clock? How did you pull off such a big upset?” the reporter asks.

“I didn’t overthink it. I trusted my training and my body took over. Everything just started to flow,” the quarterback might say.

Flow states are arguably the most significant moments of our lives.

When you’re in a flow state, you’re instinctively at your best - and literally the best version of yourself.

But there’s one thing that can stop a flow state in its tracks:

Ping! Ping! Ping!

Another notification. Another email. Another like or comment.

A Fortress of Focus at Your Fingertips

Anyone at any age is going to have trouble focusing in this environment without the proper tools.

So how do you activate your flow state on command, anytime, anywhere?

How do you shut out distractions?

How do you break free of the constant interruptions?

How do you shut it all off and truly reclaim your most precious resource, your focus and attention?

Because frankly, that is the only way you will live your best life.

That’s why we made it our mission to provide the tools you need to overcome the attention-draining status quo that’s preventing you from living a life without limits!

Because even though technology is largely to blame for the decline in focus over the years…

…technology can also save us from ourselves when used for the good of humankind.

So I’m proud to announce a Holosync suite designed to restore your focus and take it to new heights!

Introducing:

Ultra Focus & Flow State Performance

  4. It teaches you how to use your breath to achieve superior focus and flow, get “in the zone,” and experience a truly high-performance mind.
  5. It uses a cutting-edge audio technology, developed and improved exclusively for this collection, called Lateral Carrier Boost.

Here’s What’s Included

Ultra Focus & Flow State Performance comes with three powerful Holosync soundtracks and one bonus breathing technique.

Soundtrack #1
Ultimate Mind Mastery

Unlocking Flow States On-demand

Athletes and other professionals spend years learning how to access their flow states.

But with Centerpointe’s neuro-audio Holosync technology…

…you can tap into these states of high-level concentration at the push of a button.

Just put on your headphones and press play, and for the next 20 minutes you’ll rediscover the full power of your focus.

While most Holosync soundtracks are meant to be listened to while in a relaxing position with eyes closed…

…we created Ultimate Mind Mastery with the intention that you listen while you’re doing the things you love that require your concentration.

Ultimate Mind Mastery uses the power of Alpha Brain Waves to trigger a super-focused “Flow State” experience. It’s the perfect way to get “in the zone” while studying, writing, or even doing your favorite crossword puzzle.

This Holosync soundtrack also incorporates our new proprietary Lateral Carrier Boost technology which increases potency and improves focus, concentration, and memory.

Unlocking your flow states has never been this simple or effective!

And to make sure that it becomes easier and easier for you to get “into the flow” on your own…

…we’ve also embedded affirmations behind the Holosync tones using our proprietary Autofonix silent affirmation technology.

These affirmations are silent to your ears, but your brain will still receive them and begin to implement them into your subconscious self-talk.

This will empower you to believe in your ability to focus and will help you truly unlock your flow states so you can access them anytime, anywhere.

Soundtrack #2
Attention Activator

Priming the Brain for Complete Concentration

Your most precious resource is your attention. How you use your attention largely determines the quality of your life, how productive you are, and how much success you experience.

But there are so many things competing for your attention these days that it becomes more and more difficult to focus on the really important things in life. Instead, our attention tends to get wasted on meaningless distractions. As a result, it’s spread thin and weak, and it’s difficult to rein in when you need it the most.

That’s why we created Attention Activator - a Holosync soundtrack designed to put you back in complete control of your attention, to refocus it and have it ready to go when you need it the most.

Using the power of Gamma Brain Waves, Attention Activator enhances your “attention muscles” including willpower, mindset, and concentration so that you can easily focus on any task - even if you used to find it boring. Whether it’s an important meeting for work, a crucial class review, a study session, or you’re just trying to do your taxes, you’ll notice an abundance of mental energy at the ready so you can be at your best.

In just 20 minutes your thoughts stabilize, your mood improves, and your attention is yours to control.

We’ve also ramped up the power in this soundtrack using our new Lateral Carrier Boost technology which synchronizes your brain’s right and left hemispheres, resulting in empowered focus, memory, and creativity.

Finally, we’ve embedded a set of attention-boosting affirmations behind the Holosync tones using our Autofonix silent affirmation technology. That way the effects will last longer the more you use this powerful soundtrack.

[Click here for a sample of affirmations included in Attention Activator.]

  1. I am single-minded
  2. I am zeroed-in on my goals
  3. I am in complete control of my focus and attention
  4. I am mentally razor-sharp
  5. I am confident in all that I do
  6. I am filled with new and creative ideas

Soundtrack #3
Zen Mindset

Sharpening Focus & Dulling Distractions

There are two major reasons why people feel the need to perpetually distract themselves:

  1. They are running from negative thoughts and feelings
  2. They have created a habit of distraction and escape

It’s understandable - there’s a lot to worry and stress about in the world today.

But escaping from reality through social media, funny memes, and cat videos doesn’t solve the real problem. And it leads to even more stress down the road.

That’s why we created the incredibly powerful Zen Mindset Holosync soundtrack.

Zen Mindset uses a mix of Theta and Delta Brain Waves to calm your “fight-or-flight” response that’s at the core of your anxieties and stress.

This powerful meditation mimics the very same brain wave pattern that the most advanced Zen Monk meditators achieve after years and years of practice.

But with Zen Mindset, you get the same depth of meditation at the push of a button!

Just 30 minutes a day of this brain-empowering Holosync soundtrack is all it takes to train your brain to transform worries and stress into peace and confidence.

As a result your focus will be sharper and you won’t feel the need to distract yourself.

Zen Mindset is also enhanced with our Lateral Carrier Boost technology to help create connections throughout the brain and promote stronger focus and concentration.

Beneath the Holosync tones you’ll also find a set of silent Autofonix affirmations designed to relieve stress, improve mental clarity, and empower confidence.

[Click here for a sample of affirmations included in Zen Mindset.]

  1. I am clear on my intentions
  2. My memory is sharp and clear
  3. I maintain crystal clear concentration
  4. I know when to work hard and when to take a break
  5. I am patient and persistent in all that I do
  6. My mind is alert, attentive, and focused

Soundtrack #4
Essential Point Breathing (Bonus)

Fueling Focus With Your Breath

The single most powerful natural tool your body has to achieve an elite mindset and instigate flow states is your breath. Period.

The breath can be used in hundreds of ways to change our state of mind, trigger the release of certain neurotransmitters, regulate our heart rate, lower cortisol, boost our immune response, and focus the mind.

That’s why we knew we needed to include a breathing technique in Ultra Focus & Flow State Performance.

This special breath training is called Essential Point Breathing, and it’s based on a breathing technique taught to Navy Seals in order to reduce stress, slow down, zero-in on their mission, and supercharge their focus.

Once you discover how powerful this simple technique is, you'll wish you'd learned it years ago.

We’ve taken this special breathing training to its limits by infusing it with Holosync tones that use Alpha Brain Waves to help you more quickly learn the technique and reach the peak of concentration.

Once you’ve learned it, you can use Essential Point Breathing anytime you need to brush off distractions, rinse-away stress and worry, and achieve a razor-like focus.

Use it before a big meeting, that stressful appointment with the dentist, or after a rough day at the office.

Anytime you need to center yourself, clear your mind, and relax, Essential Point Breathing will do the trick.

It’s Time to Take Back Your Focus and Attention

Jack Canfield

Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is going on around them. They stay focused on their past successes rather than their past failures, and on the next action steps they need to take to get them closer to the fulfillment of their goals rather than all the other distractions that life presents to them.

FAQ: What Is Lateral Carrier Boost?

Our new Lateral Carrier Boost (LCB) technology gets the brain firing on “all cylinders;” functioning at optimal efficiency and peak performance. Memory, concentration, focus, retention, recall, and cognition are all improved thanks to LCB.

First introduced by Centerpointe in 2021, LCB was developed by the Centerpointe audio design team to enhance the effectiveness of brain wave entrainment. By boosting the amplitude of the Holosync carrier frequencies in each channel independently and sequentially several times over the course of the listening session, your brain will synchronize more than with conventional audio entrainment methods.

After two years of testing and updating, we’ve improved upon the original LCB technology to make it more effective than ever!

LCB increases the synchronous neuro-electrical activity between your two cerebral hemispheres, causing more connectivity between the two sides of your brain and resulting in more “whole brain thinking.”

When your cerebral hemispheres are well connected as through LCB, you can more easily achieve a Flow State and get “in the zone.”

It’s like “thinking in stereo!”

And for the Ultra Focus & Flow State Performance Suite, this uniquely powerful technology has been refined to work even better, with more carrier boosts per session.

If you’ve been looking for a way to  increase the effectiveness of your Holosync listening sessions, look no further than Lateral Carrier Boost - a one-of-a-kind audio innovation you won’t find anywhere else.
