If you’ve enjoyed the benefits of Purification Level 1, it’s a good idea to keep the momentum going by moving on. You don’t have to move on; you can stay on any given level indefinitely if you really want to. But you’d be missing out on the real power of the Holosync Solution Program.

When you move on to a new level, you can still enjoy the same soothing listening sessions as with the level you’re on now. But a new level means a more powerful version of the Holosync stimulus. With each new level, the carrier frequencies get lower, which translates to a more potent stimulus for the brain.

By adding potency to the listening sessions in a new level, you can push your brain to respond by growing and changing. That not only builds on the kinds of improvements you’ve already seen, it also often produces some brand new core-level changes. In short, moving into a new level takes your personal growth to the next level.

Maybe, maybe not. But either way, you’re going to experience benefits. Sometimes Holosync can challenge the brain with enough stimulus to trigger unconscious resistance. That’s what we call “overwhelm”. Overwhelm can be momentarily uncomfortable (in which case please be sure to refer to your support videos and other materials, or give our Accelerated Results Coaches a call), but it usually dissipates pretty quickly. That’s the good news. The better news is that as it dissipates, you’ll find a range of benefits and improvements as a result of your brain responding to the new, more potent level.

Remember that the amount of discomfort or intensity you experience is not a result of “how much stuff” you need to heal or release. It’s really more about how much resistance you have. That’s why about 70% of our support materials address in some way how to handle and overcome resistance.

Even if you have trouble working through resistance, listening to Holosync consistently will ultimately help you break through and grow.

It’s rare for Holosync users not to see significant improvements in a relatively short time. But for some, changes can be subtle at first.

Time after time I hear of Holosync users experiencing powerful changes in areas of their life where every other method had failed. The time frame, though, isn’t always predictable. There’s no official schedule for when major changes happen. That’s true with any serious personal growth program, including this one.

Most people begin experiencing changes pretty quickly, within the first month or so. Most common is a feeling that “things that used to bother me a lot don’t seem to have as much impact”. Other common experiences include increased feelings of serenity, and a greater awareness of why and how you’ve been creating the events and circumstances of your life. Sometimes the changes are occurring on an unconscious level and could take a little time before your conscious mind is even aware of them (this is actually quite common).

Some people are more resistant to change. They associate their current way of thinking and being with safety, even though—ironically—that very way of thinking is actually creating their problems.

This resistance to change can slow the process, and for such people it can take longer before they experience a breakthrough. But that’s okay. Consider this: We structure our inner world during childhood in a way that keeps us safe in our particular family structure. Sometimes the ways of thinking and acting that worked during childhood don’t work as well out in the real world.

As these deeply held unconscious strategies start to change as a result of personal growth work—even if the change is something we really want—a part of us resists. Unconsciously we say, “What? Change that? Are you crazy? That’s what has kept me safe!”

In guiding over 2.2 million people through the Holosync process I’ve found that those who aren’t sure they’re changing need Holosync the most and have the most to gain from consistent use. Those who have gone deep into the program or completed it will tell you the same thing.

I wish I could give everyone a peek at what their future self will be like after several Holosync levels. I admit, though, that it takes trust and courage to continue when you’re not getting the same positive experiences everyone else is reporting.

The daily time commitment in Purification Level 2 is the same as with Purification Level 1. Though, some Deeper Levels do include more soundtracks than the previous level. These soundtracks can be used to augment listening sessions, or to target specific brainwave patterns that lead to specific changes. Complete instructions for how to use each soundtrack can be found within the program instructions for your Deeper Level.

As with Purification Level 1, you have the option of listening either during the last—or first—hour of your sleep period. Just wake up one hour before you want to get up, put on the headphones and push the play button, then lie back and drift away.

When the hour is up, get out of bed. You’ll feel more refreshed and energized than if you had spent that final hour sleeping—and you’ll have taken zero time from your day.

Immersion 1.5 is one of the most remarkable Holosync soundtracks. I got the idea for Immersion 1.5 from author Michael Hutchison, whose 1986 best seller Megabrain introduced the public to the benefits of brainwave altering technologies.

Michael shared with me scientific studies indicating that when the brain was in a 1.5 cycle per second brainwave pattern (deep delta), the pituitary gland is stimulated to make growth hormone levels, which fall considerably when we reach adulthood.

Human growth hormone (HGH) levels are closely correlated with health and longevity.

There has even been speculation that Indian yogis who somehow maintain their youthfulness well beyond their years because of their ability to meditate at this level.

Deepak Chopra notes in several of his books that a lack of this hormone is connected to a whole variety of aging symptoms.

It’s no wonder that Holosync users get so many comments about how much younger they look after they’ve been in the program for a while!

As you’ll see for yourself when you receive your next level of the program, Immersion 1.5 creates a wonderfully deep meditation experience, and Holosync users love it.

And, with Awakening Level 2 (and all the levels beyond), we include two additional deeper Immersion soundtracks: Immersion 0.5 and Immersion 0.3. These "industrial strength" tracks take you even deeper into the Delta brainwave pattern, further accelerating your ability to create positive change in your life.

You'll see even greater improvements in your mental clarity, focus, and concentration, and significant decreases in stress, brain fog, and emotional reactivity. You'll also experience more in the way of releasing old blocks and negative unconscious mental and emotional material.

You can stop at any time, just as you could drop out of college at any time. And, you don’t lose whatever progress you’ve made if you stop (the changes, in other words, are permanent). In fact, a momentum of positive change is established that continues for many years.

Most people, though, are so happy with the positive changes that they want to keep going. As you progress from one level to the next you’ll see yourself opening more and more to life and changing in extremely rewarding ways. Remember that some feelings and behaviors you’d like to change are deeply unconscious and may take some time to change, while others may change fairly quickly. This process is different for everyone, and there’s really nothing you can do but take it as it comes.

One thing you can count on: Holosync will create tremendous positive changes, even in the most difficult areas, especially if you decide to move through the Deeper Levels of the program.

Affirmations can be submitted in your own voice using our automated digital phone recording system (recommended), or you can choose from a wide variety of pre-recorded affirmations in male or female voice.

Once recorded, our studio encodes your affirmations using our Autofonix® silent messaging process and combines them with the Holosync and masking sounds. Great care is taken with each recording to ensure accuracy and quality at every step of the production process.

Yes, they are added to all the main program tracks like The Dive, Immersion(s), and Floating. Some special add-on tracks available on certain levels have their own special set of pre-recorded affirmations. See the details on the order page for your Deeper Level for details.

We take great care to make sure that your affirmations (and only your affirmations) are recorded onto your soundtracks. We cross reference by name and also by a number assigned to each recording.

Our studio was built from the ground-up specifically for creating custom Holosync Deeper Levels. The studio has a built-in failsafe mechanism to ensure that every single soundtrack is recorded properly, with the right affirmations, and to our high recording standards.

Not if you don’t want to. You can use the same affirmations for the whole program, if you like.

If, on the other hand, you have insights while using a particular level that motivate you to change your affirmations, you can do so when you order your next level. The cost for changing affirmations is $40 (this is discounted to $20 for Inner Circle member—who also enjoy a significantly reduces cost for each level).

Some users stick with the same set of affirmations through the entire program while others change them with each new level. The choice is always yours. If you’re not sure whether to change them or not, give our Accelerated Results Coaches a call and they’ll help you assess what’s best for you.

You can think of the Holosync Solution Program like a book with an Introduction (Awakening Prologue) followed by 12 chapters (the Deeper Levels). There are 12 custom made Deeper Levels after the introductory level, Awakening Prologue: Awakening Levels 1-4, Purification Levels 1-4, and Flowering Levels 1-4. Each level is progressively stronger than the preceding level because of the progressively lower, more powerful carrier frequencies.

When you move on to the next level is up to you. Though, we’ve developed these guidelines, which are based on feedback from over 2.2 million Holosync users.

We suggest you use the first three Deeper Levels (Awakening Levels 1-3) for a minimum of six months. For Awakening Level 4 and beyond, we suggest a minimum of eight months up to a year. There are specific guidelines in the instructions that come with each Deeper Level for how long you should use each Immersion. Once you’ve completed the minimum recommended time for each level, we suggest making sure that you’re 1) staying somewhat awake through most of your listening sessions, and 2) waiting for any overwhelm or other noticeable reactions to subside.

Ultimately, it’s your decision when to move to a new level, but we’ve found that these time guidelines lead to the best results for 98%+ of people.

In the beginning, some people are in a giant hurry to get from point A to point B. In a way this is good since this “inspirational dissatisfaction” pushes them to seek new ways to grow. Deep personal changes, however, take time, even with a method that accelerates growth as much as Holosync.

Please don’t be in a hurry. Take it as it comes. Each level has its own unique effect on the nervous system.

Skipping levels denies you the growth you need in that level. And while some people are convinced that they’re so superior that they must need a level stronger than others are using, we’ve found that this attitude usually hides insecurities.

The Holosync program has been refined over many years since we started in 1989, based on the experience of over 2.2 million people. Please trust that we’ve worked out the most effective way to benefit from Holosync.

Because it isn’t in your interest to do so, we don’t allow people to skip levels. (By the way, the three or four people who talked me into letting them skip levels in the early days of Centerpointe all regretted it.)

I can assure you that using all the levels, in order, and for the approximate time periods recommended, will create tremendous positive change and you’ll be very glad you followed the program as it was created.

Note that we do not automatically produce and ship prepaid Deeper Levels. You must let us know when you're ready for your new level.

We produce and ship one level at a time. That's so you can change your affirmations for subsequent levels or take advantage of other upgrades we might make before you're ready for your next level (remember: some levels can take 8 to 12 months to complete).
