“I always hated yoga. That is, until I tried it.”

~ MaryEllen Tribby, Centerpointe CEO

Do you want to strengthen muscles and gain more confidence in your balance and movement all while feeling years younger?

For over 30 years, Centerpointe has been the worldwide leader in meditation and brain entrainment tools. And now we have something that also helps your body too - in dozens of ways!

Yes, there are other yoga programs out there. But none combine the benefits of yoga with the power of Holosync. This is truly a complete mental and physical health program all in one.

This is the ONLY program that yoga and non - yoga enthusiasts both love.

I guarantee you have NEVER seen or tried anything like this before!

Dear Friend,

I’ve been there - where you are right now.

I had friends ask me time after time to take a yoga class. After all, they were offered at my gym. The gym that I was already paying for

But I said no each time.

My oldest daughter would plead with me - “Come to yoga, and after we’ll go to breakfast. Make it a girls morning.”

Yet, I still said no.

Even my youngest daughter would say, “Mom, yoga will be so good for your tennis, your work and your stress.”

Again, I said no.

Frankly, I was embarrassed, ashamed and confused.

Why did I keep turning down my friends and even my own daughters, especially when I knew yoga would help me?

  • Help me with all the aches and pains that come along with aging.
  • Help me with my flexibility and stability.
  • Help me with my overall stress level.

Why was I fighting it so much?

After I really thought about it, the answer finally came to me.

I simply did not believe I looked like the type of person who does yoga.

I had this ridiculous image in my head that I needed to be 5’10” and be able to do handstands across my kitchen floor in order to partake.

So the aches and pains got worse and I noticed myself holding on to the railings every time I went up or down a flight of stairs.

Monday Mornings and Parking Lots

Then one Monday morning I was pulling into the office parking lot and there he was.

You see, we had just hired this “new guy”, Gregg. And there he was doing all these “unusual”  movements, right there in the parking lot! They were graceful and natural. They did not look difficult. As a matter of fact, they looked kind of fun.

Once I snapped out of my daze, I rushed inside and called Karell (our accountant) to come and look, thinking she would be as shocked as I was.

And all she said was, “Yeah, he does that every morning.”

Not getting the reaction I was looking for, I immediately went to Marc (our Director of Client Services).

Here, I got the “secret story” behind Gregg’s relationship to yoga. One that started off with horror and shock, and ended in courage and resilience.

I knew right then and there that my excuses needed to end and that I had to speak with the “new guy” right away.

And that’s exactly what I did.

Now before I share the “new guy’s” story, let me ask you a few questions:

  • Do you want to feel proud of your body and yourself with little effort?
  • Do you “forget” to stretch after your favorite workout?
  • Do you worry about losing your balance and falling?
  • Is exercise a dirty, four-letter word to you?
  • Are you struggling with body pain or aches?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then please let us help!

Finding the Balance Between

Body and Brain

It’s no secret that Centerpointe has primarily focused on enhancing your brain.

The most effective way to change your life is to change your brain, after all!

(With our powerful Holosync technology leading the way, of course.)

But Holosync can’t turn back the clock on your body on its own.

Maybe you’ve already started to feel the telltale signs of aging like:

  • Loss of balance
  • Muscle stiffness
  • Low energy
  • Body aches
  • Joint pain

As much as I want to deny it, I’m experiencing some of these myself - and I exercise almost every morning.

(I don’t even WANT to think about how my body would feel if I wasn’t exercising regularly.)

Because it turns out that a healthy body is just as important as a healthy brain.

Especially as we get older.

And I know exercise can be a real challenge for people - even more so if you haven’t been active in a while.

That’s why we wanted to create an easy, relaxing exercise experience that tackles the big issues that come up over and over from the Centerpointe Community…

...all from the comfort of your own home.

Issues like:

  • Feeling Bloated or Overweight
  • A Negative Self-image
  • Blood Flow Problems
  • Low Motivation
  • Depression
  • Poor Sleep
  • Body Pain
  • Anxiety
  • Stress

That’s why I’m so proud to announce a new tool for anyone looking to achieve better mental and physical health:

Center Flow Yoga

Center Flow Yoga is the perfect combination of Holosync technology and yoga movements to create a meditation symmetry between mind and body.

This virtual yoga program contains nine video sessions for all ages and fitness levels…

...while also effortlessly building up core strength and body awareness so you feel confident as you walk the dog, move furniture, ride a bike, or do any other physical activity.

And if you already have an exercise routine, you won’t believe how much this yoga program will...

...BOOST your body’s recovery and flexibility!

Meet “The New Guy” - Your Instructor: Gregg Hendrix

Gregg is our in-house Yoga Master with 7 years of professional instructor experience under his belt.

But if you ask him, he’s been doing yoga in some form or another for almost 23 years!

And as I said before, Gregg’s “secret story” completely changed the way I looked at yoga...

...and inspired this entire yoga program!

You see, Gregg’s relationship with yoga goes beyond a mere hobby...

...for Gregg, yoga is a matter of life and death.

At age 19, Gregg was a star athlete competing in competitive basketball, baseball, and soccer, and was aiming to play in the NBA.

But that all changed on March 7, 2012.

On that day, Gregg was stopped at a red light on his way to pick up his dog from the groomer’s...

...when the unthinkable happened.

A truck going over 60 mph slammed into Gregg’s car, knocking him unconscious and putting him in critical condition.

After waking up in the hospital, Gregg was horrified to learn that he had multiple broken bones and a herniated L6 vertebrae in his spine.

The doctors told him he would probably never play sports again, that he would likely be in pain for the rest of his life...

...and without an expensive surgery, it was doubtful he would ever be able to run again.

For years following the accident, Gregg woke up with pain, went to bed with pain, ate with pain, and lived in almost constant agony.

His parents could not afford the surgery, and so he tried to make due with the physical therapy that was covered by his insurance.

And when that ran out, he was on his own.

But the one thing that saved him - the one thing that really made a difference…

...was yoga.

“The first thing it did is it really let me manage my pain mentally,” Gregg says.

“I was fighting it; I was battling it every single day. And what yoga taught me was how to manage it effectively. This is a condition that will follow me my whole life.”

Yoga began to change Gregg’s mindset about pain, and over time he was able to control it.

“I wasn’t doing anything else besides yoga and I remember I was doing this ‘breath of fire’ meditation and I felt this sensation like a worm wiggling in my back. 6 years after the accident,  yoga finally healed my back.”

Ever since that day, Gregg has had one major goal in life:

“I have to share this with the world.”

Today, Gregg is pain-free and extremely passionate about yoga. He’s an instructor at a local studio, and a key part of the Centerpointe Support Team.

And he’s the perfect virtual instructor for Center Flow Yoga - a project he had a huge part in developing.

“It was an emotional journey, the practice of yoga saved my life in many ways. So to share something so personal to my life is kind of beyond words.”

Three Different Levels to Match Your Current State

Improving your life with Center Flow Yoga is easy!

This virtual yoga program contains three different levels of yoga so there’s something for everyone:

The Awakening videos are the perfect place to start if you’ve never done yoga before, or want to take things slow and easy.

The Purification videos are for those who have some previous yoga experience and are looking for a way to deepen their workouts.

And the Flowering videos are intended for more experienced yoga practitioners who are looking for something fresh and exciting to bring to their yoga practices.

Three Different Workout Lengths to Fit Any Lifestyle

In each series, you can choose from video sessions that are about 20, 40, or 60 minutes long.

So whether you’re limited on time or you’re looking for an extensive workout, there’s a yoga video perfect for you.

Here’s What You Get When You Sign Up Today

Nine Video Sessions

In each video, Gregg will guide you every step of the way. Again, these videos are broken up into three difficulty levels, so there’s something for everyone.

Each difficulty level also has three different lengths: a quick 20-minute workout, a longer 40-minute session, and a long 60-minute experience that’ll leave you feeling refreshed and peaceful.

Gregg gets the whole body involved, so if your body has areas that are more sensitive, there’s a video that’s perfect for your specific needs.

Each video stresses a synergy between body and mind. Become more aware of your body and learn to manage pain, increase flexibility, and be more confident in your everyday movements.

Two Holosync Soundtracks

Included with Center Flow Yoga are two amazing soundtracks powered by our amazing Holosync neuro-audio technology.

Oceanic Breath (25 Minutes)

In this guided meditation, Gregg will lead you by the hand through a combination of Ujjayi Breathing techniques and Holosync technology. This relaxing breathing experience alleviates anxiety, reduces tension, and produces a state of profound calm.

Deep Release (30 Minutes)

Specially designed to bring brainwaves into an extremely deep delta state of tranquility, this immersive Holosync soundtrack triggers the release of tension, old unresolved mental and emotional material, and cleanses the mind of excess “baggage” and stress.

Nidra Journey (40 minutes)

Yoga and Holosync harmonize in this guided meditation that’ll leave you refreshed and in-tune with your body. Those who have trouble watching videos or who want a yoga experience with audio cues only will absolutely love this Holosync soundtrack.

Frequently Asked Questions

We asked Instructor Gregg Hendrix the big questions so you don’t have to.

What are the top benefits that people will get from Center Flow Yoga?

There are so many benefits for adopting a daily yoga routine, but here are the top 4 from Center Flow Yoga:

  1. More confidence in your mobility and a better relationship with your body. You’ll be able to better understand the signals that your body gives you.
  2. Massive pain reduction and pain management. Take it from me, if your body is in pain, yoga will give you the tools to manage it and mitigate it.
  3. Mental clarity - you will think better. Your body holds a lot of emotions and sensations so when you’re able to move your body and release that tension your mind will clear.
  4. Emotional healing. Yoga fights depression. When you can see what your body can do, you get a good endorphin release. This stimulates an emotional and physical balance.

Am I too old for yoga?

You are never too old to do yoga. If you walk up and down stairs or fix yourself breakfast - if you can move any part of your body, then you can do yoga. Don’t get caught up on the name, there is no age restriction when it comes to yoga. People do it into their 100s!

Am I too out of shape for yoga?

If you ARE out of shape then it’s recommended that you do yoga! It helps lift you out of that mental frame. This isn’t heavy weightlifting like in a gym or intensive cardio - it’s low-impact yoga! If you can talk while you walk, then you can do yoga.

Can I get injured doing yoga?

In yoga, we can get hurt when we force ourselves into positions we aren’t ready for. The difference between Center Flow Yoga and other yoga is that these yoga stretches are going to replicate natural movements - not forcing us to do anything uncomfortable or unnatural to our body’s movements. It’s very low-stress and slow-paced. You will be able to notice when you reach any point of tension so you can stop or slow down.
