Holosync Sleep Suite II includes a 90 day money back guarantee. To receive a refund on this product, you must contact Centerpointe directly to request a Return Authorization Number. This number must be included on returned merchandise and all returns must be received by Centerpointe within 90 days of your purchase. Refunds will not be granted on refund requests or returns received after 90 days from date of purchase. Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will not be eligible for refunds. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned items.

Centerpointe guarantees this digital product to be free from defects. If you find a defect with any part of the digital product, please contact the Centerpointe Support Team for prompt assistance.
You may access and use this digital product on any media device that supports it, including multiple devices.

SleepPhones Warranty Against Defects
No refunds are available for SleepPhones but are covered by a 90 Day Warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any problems with your SleepPhones within 90 days of purchase, please contact our Support Team to arrange for a prompt replacement. Any costs associated with returning defective merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.
