Please note that no refunds are available on earbud purchases. If you find any physical defect in the manufacturing of your earbuds within the first 1 year from the date of purchase you can return them for an exchange. The buyer (you) is
responsible for all shipping costs on returned or replaced earbuds.

One-Year Warranty:
The CRI-500s include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Defects arising after one year from the date of purchase are not covered by this warranty.
Damage or defects caused by the user, including accidental damage, or associated with normal use over time (wear and tear) is not covered by this warranty.
Repairs, refunds, or replacements of defective merchandise is offered at the discretion of Centerpointe Research.
Any shipping costs associated with the return or replacement of merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that their devices or other accessories are compatible with the earbuds.
This warranty is not transferable to 3rd parties and is applicable only to the purchaser.
This warranty is provided in addition to those provided by consumer law.
